Pre-wire before the drywall goes up, or retrofit later by fishing cable through the attic or basement. The install needs ordinary tools — a drywall saw, a drill, a level and a screwdriver.
Every model pairs a 1″ silk-dome tweeter with carbon-fibre cone woofers, behind a magnetic grille and an invisible bezel. Same recipe from the smallest in-ceiling to the in-wall.
Silver Series: the S550 and S650 in-ceiling and the IW550 in-wall, all 8 Ω. Gold Series: the G650, a 4 Ω, 125 W in-ceiling.

The G650 is a 4 Ω speaker — check that your amplifier or receiver is rated for 4 Ω loads before connecting it. Driver sizes are given in inches, as is standard for loudspeakers.
Lifts off by hand and snaps back on magnets — nothing to unscrew, nothing to pry.
No visible trim ring around the grille, so the speaker reads as part of the ceiling.
Soft silk dome for clear high frequencies throughout the room. Standard on every model.

Every figure on this page comes from the Du-son spec sheet. All four models reach up to 20 kHz; the S650, IW550 and G650 go down to 70 Hz, the compact S550 to 74 Hz. For deep bass below that, add a subwoofer.

New construction: before the drywall goes up, run two pairs of polarity-coded two-conductor speaker wire from the receiver to each speaker location. Tie the loose ends to a nail so they're easy to find once the drywall is on.
Retrofit: plan the cable path first — an attic or basement often works — then fish the wire through to the cut-outs.
Use the same cable length for left and right, and leave an extra 60 cm (2 ft) at each end for the connections.
The length of the run sets the minimum gauge.
